Outdoor Experiences

for Little Explorers

Looking for outside activities for kids in and around Atlanta, or just plain fun things to do with kids in Atlanta?

Tyke Hike provides fun and healthy outdoor experiences for toddlers and young children and families (children ages 2-5). We offer caregiver/child sessions, in-school field trips, and birthday parties!

We plan outside fun for kids and caregivers at different local parks in and around Atlanta. We all meet at the park and explore the outdoors -- introducing the unique and cool aspects of each park with a mini hike, a fun and educational kids craft or STEM activity, story time, a healthy snack, and have fun outdoors with kids! (A parent or caregiver attends all sessions and explores together with their child. We make your day fun too.)

We make it easy and fun.  All you have to do is show up.

Ideal for Morningside, Midtown, Buckhead, Ansley Park, Virginia Highland, Druid Hills, Candler Park and Decatur Neighborhoods

Every other Mon 9:30am, Wed 1:30pm, and Sat 9:30am

Katye Watts, Parent

Our family truly enjoyed the Tyke Hike, we loved the feeling of being in the woods so close to home. As we explored, Anne Marie kept our kids engaged with creative activities and guided commentary. We left ready for more!

Victoria Henken, Parent

[Tyke Hike] engaged the kids with a story and lesson to keep them interacting during the hike and after. ...I loved the connection of a book to the hike and that you read during a snack...

Magan Ward, Parent

Abigail loved it and it sounds like something I would love to do with her and also send her on! I hope MPP brings this to school! Thx!
